Promise to be Good to YOU this Holiday Season

Come on, it is time for you to come cleanDo you let yourself fall apart during the holiday season?  As women, moms, partners, wives, & working women (in or out of the house), we use a lot of energy keeping a lot of balls up in the air in the weeks leading up to the holiday season.

If you are anything like me, you spend a lot of time worrying about your kids’ health, spouse’s bad habits, and just about everyone else you know, but when time is crunched – YOUR’S and MY health often goes out the window.  We grab food, bag our exercise, abandon anything semi-relaxing for ourselves in an effort to beat the holiday rush, cook, clean, finish up at work, wrap gifts, bake cookies, and pack to visit relatives.  By the time, the holidays roll around, we are flat-out EXHAUSTED.

I say NO more!  I am making a 15-day challenge for myself, and I urge you come along with me.  Make a promise to yourself:  15 days of doing something kind for YOU!
